HDOT TRAINING ROOM Reservation Calendar

Instructions: 

  1.  To reserve a lab, one must be signed into their school gmail account.
  2.  Select “HDOT TRAINING LAB” in the RESERVATION table below. (CLICK TO OPEN CALENDAR) .
  3.  Click on date and time slot .
  4.  SAVE.
  5.  Reservation will automatically be recorded on master calendar AND on teacher's or administrator’s calendar.

*** Confirmation email is sent to one's school gmail account.

In the description on the reservation form, please list any special equipment, devices, number attending, and other info we may need to set up.

Once confirmed, the reservation should be viewable in the calendar below:   The individual making a reservation is the only one who can CANCEL a reservation.
