NEW Students

Instructions for Online NEW STUDENT Enrollment (current School Year) (30 – 60 minutes)

OPTION #1: New Student Enrollment with NO siblings currently enrolled at HISD:   Account Request
                          Parent will need phone number and email address to complete Account Request.

 

OPTION #2: FAMILY ACCESS Portal : New enrollment for students WITH siblings currently enrolled at HISD.
               (If you do not remember your parent login, please ask for assistance)

  1. Provide 2 proofs of Residency Utility bills in parent/guardian’s name (must be current within last 30 days)
  2. Child’s Certified Birth Certificate
  3. Child’s Social Security Card
  4. Current Immunization Record
  5. State or Government Issued Photo ID of Parent/Guardian

       6.  Three (3) recent check stubs, or Proof of SNAP, TANF benefits   (PreKStudents ONLY)
